The LC launches Wales' first National Children's Day
15 Sep 2009National Children’s Day is celebrated in over 50 countries across the world, including New Zealand, America, Thailand and India; however a day to officially recognise our children and the contribution that they make to society does not exist in Wales or even the UK.
The LC, Swansea's premier leisure complex and waterpark is about to launch Wales’ 1st ever National Children’s Day in order to acknowledge the value of children and to encourage parents to see the importance of giving them love, protection and respect, and spending quality time together.
To celebrate the day, which will take place on Saturday 17th October, the LC is opening its doors and all its activities to everyone for just £4!
