Lifeguard Team Member – Full and Part Time
The LC waterpark attracts visitors from all over the country and we're looking for committed people who pride themselves on their vigilance and customer service to join our Lifeguard team. Applicants must be NPLQ or NARS qualified in order to be considered for this position. You will need to be flexible as the position involves covering various shifts including mornings, days, evenings and weekends.

Studio Coordinator
We are looking for an outstanding candidate to oversee our group exercise timetable that is the biggest and best in Swansea. The candidate must have at least 2 years Exercise to Music experience and have had previous experience co-ordinating a group exercise timetable and team of internal and external instructors. 40 hours flexible to suit business: to work around classes, forums, events and auditions. Hours can be anything from 6am – 10.30pm.
Duties To include but not limited to: Covering classes, Auditioning new instructors, Critiquing classes, Training gym staff on fit ball, abs and circuits, Invoicing, Studio health and safety, Studio cleanliness, Planning timetable, Taking classes, Responding to member feedback, verbally and through comment cards, Communicating with the external instructors.

Spa Therapist
We are looking for an experienced spa therapist to join us here at the LC. You will need to have a minimum of level 3 beauty qualification. Ideally with an Elemis background though not essential. The ideal candiatate will need to be friendly, flexible and able to start as soon as possible.

Part Time Reception Team Member
We are looking for enthusiastic, motivated individuals to work as part of our busy Reception team. You will need to be customer focused and enjoy a challenge. You will work under the direction of the Team Leader to ensure the service delivery is warm, welcoming customer focused and of the highest standard. Previous experience would be advantageous. You will need to be flexible as the position involves covering various shifts including mornings, days, evenings and weekends.

Health and Fitness Team Member
The Health and Fitness Team Member will work with the Health and Fitness Team Leader to ensure efficient and effective operation and development of the health and fitness product. Aplicants must be REP Level 2 Gym Instuctor qualified in order to be considered for this position.
The main responsibilities of the role will be: To consistently promote, drive and deliver a high class standard of service commensurate with the facilities and programme and to help achieve the LC’s balanced scorecard and brand standards. To advise customers and members on the benefits of exercise and diet. To provide customers and members with inductions and fitness assessments and welcome as appropriate. To lead high quality group exercise lessons as required. To provide clean & safe facilities at all times. To attend all training (Including mandatory training) and development sessions to enhance individual development as required by the LC. Promote a healthy and positive image to all customers. To complete any other tasks as reasonably required to do so.
